§ 153.005 JURISDICTION.

This chapter shall apply to all land within the incorporated area of the city and all land within the area of city impact defined by § 153.023. Further, this chapter shall be used in conjunction with the official zoning map and all other adopted ordinances further defining the boundaries of the incorporated area of the city and its zoning boundaries as well as the zoning boundaries of the area of impact.
