§ 153.004 INTERPRETATION; APPLICATION; CONFLICTS.

In their interpretation and application, the provisions of this chapter shall be held to be minimum requirements. Whenever the requirements of this chapter conflict with the requirements of any other lawfully adopted ordinances, rules, regulations or resolutions, the most recent shall govern.
