§ 153.003 PURPOSE.

The purpose of this zoning ordinance shall be to promote the health, safety, comfort and general welfare of citizens of the city. It is the further intent that this chapter shall be consistent with the city’s comprehensive plan and with any other applicable provisions of state law.
