§ 153.002 TITLE AND AUTHORITY.
   (A)   Title. This chapter shall be known as the zoning ordinance of the city.

   (B)   Authority. The zoning ordinance codified in this chapter is adopted pursuant to authority granted by Idaho Code Title 67, Chapter 65, and Article 12, § 2 of the state Constitution, as amended or subsequently codified.
