§ 51.06 SERVICE CONNECTIONS MUST BE SEPARATE.
   (A)   (1)   Service pipes hereafter installed must be so arranged that the supply to each separate house or premises must be controlled by separate stopcocks placed within or near the line of the street curb.
      (2)   The owner or occupant of each house or premises must pay for all water used through said service pipe.
   (B)   Where water is now supplied through one service pipe to several lots, houses or premises, the city may at any time decline to furnish water until separate service connections are provided, or may discontinue to supply water, except on the condition that one person shall pay for all the water used through the same service pipe.
   (C)   All water must be supplied through service pipes attached to the street mains at the nearest possible point from the house to be supplied, and in such cases where water is now supplied through a service pipe to any lot, which service pipe is connected with a main on another street or alley than the one immediately adjacent to the house or lot to be served, the city may at any time decline to furnish water until the connection is made with the main immediately adjacent to the property to be served.
