§ 152.047 EASEMENTS.
   Unobstructed utility easements shall be provided along front lot lines, rear lot lines and side lot lines when necessary; total easement width shall be not less than 12 feet where lots adjoin. Unobstructed drainageway easements shall be provided as required by the Council.
