§ 152.046 PEDESTRIAN WALKWAYS.

A right-of-way for pedestrian walkways in the middle of long blocks shall be required where necessary to obtain convenient pedestrian circulation to schools, parks or shopping areas. The right-of-way shall be at least ten feet wide and shall extend entirely through the block.
