§ 152.006 ADMINISTRATION.

(A) The Council shall appoint a Planning and Zoning Commission to carry out the provisions as specified in this chapter. The Commission shall receive and make recommendations on all subdivision applications.

(B) In the event the Commission fails to act or carry out its responsibilities according to the regulations contained in this chapter, the Council shall assume all the duties of the Commission as specified in this chapter in relation to the application concerned.
