(A) These regulations shall apply to the subdividing and developing of all land within the incorporated territory of the city, including the property within one mile of the city limits of said incorporated city, under the requirements of Idaho Code § 50-1306, as amended or subsequently codified.
(B) The corporate limits of any city, including the property within one mile of the corporate limits of such city, under the requirements of Idaho Code § 50-1306, as amended or subsequently codified.
