§ 152.002 TITLE AND AUTHORITY.
   (A)   Title. These regulations shall be known and cited as the City Subdivision Regulations, hereinafter referred to as the subdivision ordinance.

   (B)   Authority. These regulations are authorized by Idaho Code Title 50, Chapter 13, as amended or subsequently codified.
