§ 150.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor for each day said person shall remain in violation of this chapter.
   (B)   Violation of the provisions of the codes adopted in § 150.01 shall constitute a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000, or by imprisonment not to exceed six months, or by both fine and imprisonment. Each day such violation continues shall be considered a separate offense.
