§ 150.05 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, and the codes adopted herein, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   AUTHORIZED BUILDING OFFICIAL or BUILDING OFFICIAL. The County Building Official, a political subdivision of the state.
   GOVERNING BODY or LOCAL JURISDICTION. The City of Montpelier, Idaho.
