(A) A curfew law is established for juveniles under the age of 18 years.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any juvenile who is under the age of 18 years to remain upon any street, highway, road, alley, park, playground or other public place, or building or place of amusement, eating establishment, vacant lot and/or any other public place, without being accompanied by an adult having custodial rights or an adult person designated by the adult having custodial rights of said juvenile.
