It is unlawful for any person to:
(A) Injure or obstruct, or cause to be injured or obstructed, any public street, alley, sidewalk or bridge, or continue such obstruction so as to render the same inconvenient to pass, within the limits of the city;
(B) Dig up any of the streets, alleys or public grounds, or to leave or place, or permit to be left or placed, in any street, alley or sidewalk, any wagon, cart, dray, handcart, sleigh or other vehicle, or any lumber, wood, timber or any other article or thing whatsoever, in such a manner as to obstruct or interfere with the public use of such street, alley or sidewalk, except by permission of the City Council; or
(C) Obstruct any sidewalk or street crossing by permitting any animal or animals, wagon or wagons or other vehicles to stop or stand thereon, within said city.
