§ 130.22 OBTAINING GOODS OR SERVICES WITHOUT PAYMENT.
   It is unlawful for any person to obtain any goods, chattels or other property under false pretenses, or to enter into any public house, shop or place and call for refreshments or other articles or things and receive the same and depart without paying or compensating the owner thereof or arranging for such payment or compensation.
