§ 130.20 DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY.
   It is unlawful for any person to willfully injure, deface or destroy, or secret any goods, chattels or valuable papers of another, or to take down, injure or remove and mar, any monument, street sign, tree or any mark used as a boundary for any tract of land or city lot, or to destroy, deface or alter the marks or words on any monument or street sign, or to injure any fence, fountain, shade or fruit tree, or any other kind of public or private property, or deface any sidewalk with paint or printed handbills or signs, posters or other advertisement, within the city.
