§ 130.05 INTERFERENCE WITH POLICE OFFICER.

It is unlawful for any person within the limits of the city to aid or assist any person to escape from lawful confinement or any peace officer, or for any person to resist, molest or threaten any peace officer in the city in the discharge of his or her official duties, or attempt to prevent any peace officer from making an arrest or from serving any legal process.
