(A) Business license renewal. Each license issued by the city shall be effective for a period of one year, at which time the license must be renewed.
(B) Application for license. Any person seeking a business license shall apply for such license by submitting an application to the City Clerk. Said application can be obtained at the City Clerk’s office. Each application shall be accompanied by the payment of the $25 fee. A license shall be issued as long as the applicants are in compliance with the ordinances of the city and the state.
