§ 110.01 TITLE AND PURPOSE.
   (A)   This chapter shall be known and may be referred to as the Business License Ordinance.
   (B)   Its purpose is to establish the requirement that any individual(s) or business entity(s) that wish to do business for pecuniary gain, within the city limits, obtain a business license.
