(A) It is unlawful for any person, unless authorized by the city, to be upon or about the City Cemetery from the hours of 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.
(B) It is unlawful for any person to allow dogs harbored, owned or under his or her control to be in the cemetery.
(C) No trees or shrubs shall be planted or installed in the cemetery without the written permission of the sexton.
