The following described land situated in the county is established and set apart for the burial of the dead and shall be known as the City Cemetery: Commencing at a point 151 and one-half feet west of the northeast corner of the southeast half of Section 34, Township 12 State Route 44 EBM, running thence north 159 and one-half feet; thence east 1,476 feet; thence south 445 and one-half feet; thence west 1,476 feet; thence north 286 feet to the place of commencing, containing 14 and eighty-seven hundredths of an acre of land.
