(A) It is unlawful for any person to be upon or about the parks of the city or to place vehicles or camping equipment thereon for purposes of camping, whether the same be a city park, or a park or public place owned and controlled by County School District No. 33, or to loiter about said premises between the hours of 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. daily.
(B) This section shall not apply to persons attending activities authorized by city authorities or school district authorities extending later than 11:00 p.m., or persons who obtain the prior written consent of the Mayor of the city for activities extending later than 11:00 p.m. in city parks or property.
