§ 90.23 RABIES VACCINATION REQUIRED FOR LICENSING.
   (A)   Each dog licensed within the city will have a current vaccination certificate for rabies from a licensed veterinarian. A license will not be issued without this certificate.
   (B)   Any unlicensed dog impounded and claimed by the owner will be given these vaccinations by a licensed veterinarian at the claimant’s expense.
