141.01 PERSONNEL POLICIES AND PROCEDURES MANUAL AND WAGE AND SALARY RESOLUTIONS.

All matters pertaining to wages and salaries, benefits, and conditions of employment are as set forth in the Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual adopted by Council and as may be amended from time to time, as well as the Wage and Salary Resolutions as enacted by Council and as amended from time to time.
