(a) The Industrial Development Committee, a community improvement corporation organized pursuant to Ohio R.C. Ch. 1724, is hereby designated as the agency of the Municipality for the industrial, commercial, distribution, and research development of the Municipality.
(b) The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with the Industrial Development Committee, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the Clerk. Further, by its terms, the agreement constitutes the plan for the industrial, commercial, distribution, and research development in the Municipality and as such is hereby confirmed.
