   125.01 AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO ESTABLISH INVESTMENT POLICIES.
   (a)   The Finance Director is hereby authorized to establish policies for the investment of Village funds.
   (b)   Such policies shall be effective upon approval by Council.
