113.10 PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS.

For all public hearings for which notice of publication is required by statute or ordinance, such notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks, unless otherwise specified by Council at the time the public hearing is set.
