113.06 PUBLICATION.

Ordinances and Resolutions shall be published once by title only in a newspaper of general circulation in the Village or, at the discretion of the Finance Director, may publish by posting the entire Ordinance or Resolution in one prominent place in the Village for a period of one week. The Finance Director shall determine the place posting.
