111.05 COMPENSATION.

(a) The salary of Village Councilpersons shall be four thousand two hundred dollars ($4,200) per annum, effective January 1, 2011, payable in equal monthly installments.

(b) In addition, the Mayor and Councilpersons shall be compensated for special council meetings at one hundred seventy-five dollars ($175.00) per meeting.
