111.02 SCHEDULE OF MEETINGS.

The Clerk shall keep on file in the office of the Clerk a statement setting forth the time and place of all regularly scheduled meetings as well as a statement setting forth the time, place and purpose of any special meetings. All such notices shall be open to public inspection.
