   376.02 PROHIBITED OPERATION.
   Except as provided in Section 376.03 below, no person shall operate a low-speed vehicle, under-speed vehicle, utility vehicle, or mini-truck upon any street or highway within the Municipality. (Ord. 2187. Passed 7-13-15.)
