EDITOR’S NOTE: Pursuant to Ordinance 2098, Council has adopted the Red Flag Identity Theft Prevention Program for the Village of Montpelier, attached to such ordinance. The Finance Director will be responsible for implementing the program, administering the program, and ensuring that appropriate employees receive any training required under the program.
