905.05 LANDSCAPING.

In new subdivisions or when the development of commercial property occurs, the Village Forester and the Tree Commission will review landscaping plans that may require street trees to be planted in any of the streets, parking lots or parks and other public places abutting land henceforth developed and/or subdivided.
