719.02 PROHIBITIONS.

   (a)   No garage sale shall be conducted on the same property, whether the dwelling or its premises, more than two times in any twelve month period.

   (b)   No garage sale shall exceed three days in duration.

   (c)   No garage sale shall be conducted on the same property more frequently than every two months.

   (d)   No garage sale shall be conducted during hours other than 8:00 a.m. through 8:00 p.m.

   (e)   No sign advertising a garage sale shall exceed two square feet in area.

   (f)   No sign advertising a garage sale shall be placed on a public right-of-way.

   (g)   No sign advertising a garage sale shall be displayed on any property until the beginning of the garage sale and shall be removed within two hours after the end of the garage sale.
