505.113 FIGHTING AND USE FOR CRIME.

(a) No person shall knowingly allow, promote, or encourage the fighting of any animal.

(b) No person shall own, harbor, or keep any animal for purposes of committing or supporting the commission of any crime.

(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for the first offense and a misdemeanor of the fourth degree for each subsequent offense.
