The Housing Inspector may develop additional rules to fully implement this chapter. Such rules shall be in full force and effect at such time as they are approved by Council and the Mayor. A violation of any rules established by the Housing Inspector shall constitute a minor misdemeanor subjecting the violator to a fine of up to one hundred dollars ($100.00).
