All the improvements herein shall be constructed or installed at the expense of the subdivider and shall be in accordance with the State of Ohio, Department of Transportation, Construction and Material Specifications (latest addition), the specifications of the Municipality, and under the supervision and inspection of the Engineering Department, Street Department, Utilities Department, or Manager as may be involved.
