951.12 RADIOACTIVE DUMPS PROHIBITED.

Until it has been scientifically established that containment devices will be provided to store radioactive waste without leakage during the waste’s active life, no landfill containment area or radioactive dump shall be constructed in or in the neighborhood of Williams County and the Municipality of Montpelier.
