951.09 PARTIAL INVALIDITY.

If any section, sentence or phrase of this chapter is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to impair or invalidate the validity, force or effect of any other section, sentence or phrase of this chapter. (Ord. 991. Passed 1-24-94.)
