The collection of trash, garbage, or recyclables such shall be at times and on such schedules as shall be approved by the Manager from time to time. Residents shall be notified of the approved times and schedules by any reasonable means including without limitation the following: posting on a website maintained by the Municipality, publication in a newspaper; regular mail, or other written or electronic communication approved by the Manager.
