951.04 COLLECTION OF CHARGES.
   The Manager shall provide for the collection of the charges imposed by this chapter according to the rates set forth herein. Such charges shall be collected in the same manner as charges for utility bills including but not limited to, the certification of delinquent charges to the County Auditor for placement upon the tax duplicate. The Manager shall periodically determine the amount of the average monthly garbage and trash collection from each residence, commercial and industrial establishment. (Ord. 991. Passed 1-24-94.)
