For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
(a) "Garbage" means perishable items and waste food products; also refuse and rubbish which are of such size that they can be placed within the containers designated by the Municipality or an authorized contractor of the Municipality.
(b) "Residence" means each dwelling and residential unit of a multiple dwelling.
(c) "Trash" means non-perishable items which are too large to be placed within the containers designated by the Municipality or an authorized contractor of the Municipality.
(d) "Recyclables" means aluminum, bi-metal, beverage cans, tin food cans; green, clear and brown bottles and jars; #1 PET and #2 HDPE plastics; newspapers; corrugated and cardboard.
(e) "Recycling" means curbside pickup of recyclables.
(f) "User" means the person or entity responsible for the payment of utility bills for the residence as shown by Municipal utility records.
