933.13 CHASE/MONTPELIER WATER LINE ACCOUNT.

There is hereby established a “Chase/Montpelier Water Line Account” which shall be used for the purpose of receiving Chase reimbursement payments for the construction of the Chase/Montpelier Water Line and for the purpose of receiving tap charges by third party users in accordance with the contracts between the Village and Chase. Balances in the account shall be applied to payments due OWDA. Any interest earned on the account shall be credited to the account.
