At the request of a customer, the Village Manager, Deputy Manager, Supervisor of Administrative Services, or Director of Finance, in his or her discretion, may authorize a reduction in charges for water or sewer or both if a customer’s usage has increased as a result of leak. The leak must be verified by a representative of the Village and the customer must have taken action to correct the leak as soon as practicable. A reduction may be authorized for up to three monthly bills for each leak.
