931.05 STORM DRAINAGE FUND.

There is hereby established a Storm Drainage Fund. The aforedescribed charges shall be paid monthly by those liable therefor and placed in the Storm Drainage Fund into which all of said charges so collected shall be deposited and kept as a fund to be used only for the purposes stated herein.
