(a) Upon a complaint setting forth the location of a defective sidewalk, the name of the complainant, and any other necessary information, the Manager or his designee shall schedule an inspection of that sidewalk.
(b) The Manager shall establish a routine inspection of sidewalks for which the Village has the duty to maintain. A regularized inspection of the condition of sidewalks throughout the Municipality shall be accomplished on a cycle dividing the Municipality into sidewalk-improvement districts, and inspection and repair shall be accomplished according to the program schedule established.
(c) Standards and Specifications. All new construction, grading, repairing or replacing of such sidewalks shall comply with O.D.O.T. requirements. The office of the Administrator shall have copies of the specifications. (Ord. 754. Passed 8-25-86.)
