If any provision, clause, condition and/or portions hereof is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional, invalid, and/or unenforceable, for any reason, the same shall not effect in any manner the validity, enforcement and/or constitutionality of any other clause, conditions or portion hereof and the same shall remain in full force and effect.
