Any person aggrieved by the action of the Manager in the denial of a license as provided herein or in the action of the Manager in revoking a license or any other ruling or action of the Village Manager shall have the right to appeal. Such appeal shall be taken by filing with the Clerk of Council, within ten days after notice of the action complained of has been received by the aggrieved person if such person is a resident, then such appeal must be filed within fourteen (14) days at the date notice or the action was mailed by regular mail to such persons last known address, a written statement setting forth fully the grounds for the appeal. Council shall set a time and place for a hearing on such appeal and notice of such appeal shall be given to the appellant at the address set forth on the application. The decision and order of Council on such appeal shall be final and conclusive.
Appeal procedures shall be a provided in Section of Chapter of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Montpelier.
