Any license issued hereunder may be revoked by the Manager for any one of the following reasons:
(a) Violation by the applicant of any of the provisions of this chapter;
(b) Violation of the applicant of any other ordinances or laws;
(c) Fraud, misrepresentation or false statement contained in the application for the license;
(d) Fraud, misrepresentation, false statement or unlawful act made in connection with his solicitation, peddling or canvassing.
