549.09 POLICE FIRING RANGE.

(a) No person, except a police officer or other person authorized by the Chief of Police, shall have in his possession or fire any firearm at the police firing range, and no person shall trespass thereon.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
